Four Victorian Gold mines have signed a Mine Rescue Mutual Aid Agreement during the Annual Victorian Underground Mine Rescue Competition held in Bendigo last weekend (1st – 3rd August 2008).
13/08/2008 MCA Vic Division: Fosterville Gold Mine wins 16th Underground Victorian Mine Rescue Competition.
The Fosterville Gold Mine Emergency Response Team (Bendigo, Central Victoria) narrowly defeated nine other teams from across the country to win the prestigious Annual Victorian Underground Mine Rescue Competition, held in Bendigo over the last weekend (1st – 3rd August 2008).
