Eligibility

All exploration, mining and minerals processing companies and contractors are eligible to become signatories to Enduring Value, provided that they commit to meeting the Signatory Obligations.

Being a signatory to Enduring Value is a condition of membership of the Minerals Council of Australia, however membership of an industry association is not a prerequisite to becoming a signatory.
