Students
A limited number of complimentary registrations to attend SD05 are available to full-time students undertaking studies in sustainable development disciplines. Students must lodge a letter of application, via email to the event coordinator, addressing the benefits and value expected from attendance at the Conference to gain approval for registration.
Non Government Organisations's
A limited number of complimentary registrations to attend SD05 are available to registered NGO’s that are actively engaged, or seeking to engage with the Australian minerals industry. NGO represetentatives must lodge an email application to the event coordinator to gain approval for registration.
Applications for a complimentary registration must be received no later than COB Friday 23 September. The Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse applications. All applications will be processed after Friday 23 September.

Cancellations received in writing up to Friday 14 October 2005 prior to 6.00pm EST will receive a full refund. Cancellations recieved in writing after Friday 14 October 2005, 6.00pm EST will receive a 50% refund and a cancellation fee of 50% will be retained by the MCA. No refund will be given to cancellations received after Monday 24 October, 6.00pm EST.
Refunds will not be processed until the conclusion of the event.
