SD06 will focus on Enduring Value – The Australian Minerals Industry Framework for Sustainable Development.

SD06: Operating For Enduring Value brings together leaders, experts and practitioners from around the world to exchange ideas, information and practical examples of sustainable development. Based on Enduring Value - The Australian Minerals Industry Framework for Sustainable Development, the comprehensive five-day program explores global, national, and regional issues and solutions. Throughout the week delegates are challenged by case studies, presentations, workshops and tours.

Now in its 31st year, the annual Sustainable Development Conference is recognised internationally as the leading minerals industry forum for sustainable development and its practical execution through cooperative partnerships with industry, government and community.

Presenters from around Australia and the world will provide operational examples of how they have managed to meet the responsibilities described in Enduring Value elements and where there are still challenges.
