Cancellations received in writing after Friday 12 October 2007, 6.00pm EST will receive a 50% refund and a cancellation fee of 50% will be retained by the MCA.
No refund will be given to cancellations received after Monday 22 October, 2007, 6.00pm EST.
Refunds will not be processed until the conclusion of the event.
