SUBMISSION TO THE ALRC REVIEW OF THE NATIVE TITLE ACT 1993

The MCA submission to the Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) review of the Native Title Act claims determinations process paper highlights industry’s need for certainty and stability in the Native Title system.
