Minerals Tertiary Education
The Minerals Tertiary Educaton Council (MTEC) was set up in October 1999 by the Minerals Council of Australia to build a world-class tertiary learning environment for the education of professionals for the Australian minerals industry.
MTEC fosters the partnership between industry, government and academia. A network of selected university partners is dedicated to achieving true 'world class' education by cooperating in the development and delivery of undergraduate and post graduate learning in the specialist disciplines of earth sciences, mining engineering and metallurgy.
